¶1CONFESSION OF ERROR
¶2Upon Damian Woolcock’s proper confession of error, we reverse the denial of the set-off for PIP benefits and remand with instructions to grant the set-off and enter judgment accordingly. We find no merit to the issue on cross appeal.
¶3Reversed as to the appeal; affirmed as to cross appeal.
