PER CURIAM.

¶1The trial court was correct in finding that the Final Judgment entered in this case, which incorporated the parties’ Settlement Agreement, prohibited the appellant from using the name “Jim Morris Bail Bonds” or any derivation thereof, in connection with any bail bond business. Accordingly, the trial court’s finding that the appellant was guilty of contempt is affirmed.
