¶2The superior court’s order of dismissal was apparently entered without regard for the procedural requirements of Civil Rule 41(b). King v. Alaska State Housing Authority, 512 P.2d 887 (Alaska 1973). Appellant, however, fails to appeal on this ground. Thus, I concur.
