¶1We affirm the denial of appellant’s Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 motion. We do so without prejudice to appellant’s right to present his claim of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel in a properly pled, timely filed petition pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.140Q).
