¶1On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court
¶2Pursuant to the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex parte Frazier, 729 So.2d 253 (Ala.Cr.App.1998), the judgment is reversed and the cause is remanded to the trial court.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
