¶1OPINION OF THE COURT
¶2On consideration of the termination of this court’s March 25, 1988 suspension of the Honorable William R. Biersack from his office of Justice of the Fishkill Village Court, Dutchess County, it is determined that the suspension is terminated.
¶3Concur: Chief Judge Wachtler and Judges Simons, Kaye, Alexander, Titone, Hancock, Jr., and Bellacosa.
