Moorman v. Harnick

Supreme Court of Florida

Decided July 9, 1954

Supreme Court of Florida · decided 1954-07-09

Decided 1954-07-09

PER CURIAM.

¶1The conflict in the evidence and the inferences deducible therefrom in this case were such as to require that the question of liability be submitted to a jury, and it was therefore error to direct a verdict in plaintiff’s favor.

¶2Accordingly, the judgment appealed from should be reversed and the cause remanded for a new trial.

¶3It is so ordered.
