¶2Because I was then sitting in another division, I did not have the opportunity to participate in this Court’s decision to limit the scope of certiorari review, and I am inclined to believe that such review was unduly restricted. However, because the Court has correctly resolved the only issue properly before it, I concur fully in the main opinion.
