<bold>[1] Criminal Law — Trial — Conduct of Counsel — Prejudice.</bold> A prosecutor's misconduct in aiding a witness in identifying the defendant who was seated in the courtroom was not prejudicial error where there was other and substantial identification of the defendant as the person to whom the testimony related. <bold>[2] Evidence — Best Evidence — Computations of Witness.</bold> The fact that an adding machine had been used by a witness in computing the amount of money missing after a robbery did not make the adding-machine tape the best evidence of the amount of money taken.
