¶1Anthony Zanzarella appeals from the order which denies his motion for postconviction relief. Because the notice of appeal was untimely filed, this court does not have jurisdiction to address the merits of the appeal. Therefore, we dismiss the case without prejudice to Zanzarella’s filing a petition for a belated appeal under Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.140(j).
