¶1Appellant seeks review of an order of the lower court denying his motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 based on ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We agree with the trial judge that the claims do not meet the test of ineffective assistance of trial counsel. Strickland v. Washington, 466 U.S. 668, 104 S.Ct. 2052, 80 L.Ed.2d 674 (1984); Giles v. State, 732 So.2d 384 (Fla. 2d DCA 1999)
