¶1Because petitioner has failed to show that the jurisdictional argument being presented to this court has been ruled upon by the trial court, the petition for writ of prohibition is denied. Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.130(a)(3)(C)(i) provides for nonfinal review of any order determining jurisdiction of the person.
