Gulley v. State

¶1The amended petition for writ of habeas corpus for a belated appeal from the order denying post-conviction relief in Jackson County case number 98-128-CF is granted. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion shall be provided to the clerk of the lower tribunal for treatment as a notice of appeal. See Fla. ft. App. P. 9.140(j)(5)(D).
