Brown v. State

¶1The petition for belated appeal from the order of the Circuit Court for Duval County dated September 4, 1998, which denied postconviction relief in that court’s case number 93-00841-CF, is granted. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion shall be provided to the clerk of the lower tribunal for treatment as a notice of appeal. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.140(j)(5)(D).
