PER CURIAM.

¶1We originally accepted jurisdiction to review Casterline v. State, 703 So.2d 1071 (Fla. 2d DCA 1997), based upon conflict jurisdiction. See art. V, § 3(b)(3), Fla. Const. After further consideration, we have determined that jurisdiction was improvidently granted.

¶2Accordingly, this case is hereby dismissed.

¶3It is so ordered.
