¶1We affirm appellant’s convictions for sale of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to sell. With respect to appellant’s second issue on appeal, see Tucker v. State, 559 So.2d 218 (Fla.1990)(a defendant may waive the right to a jury trial, provid*1257ed that the waiver is reflected on the record).
