¶1The appellant’s conviction and sentence are affirmed. However, this case shall be remanded to the trial court to correct the judgment to reflect that solicitation of trafficking in oxycodone is a second degree felony, not a first degree felony. See §§ 777.04(2), 893.135(l)(c)l, Fla. Stat. (1997).
