¶1This case is dismissed because the notice of appeal was not timely. See Fla. R.App. Pro. 9.020(h); Fla. R.App. Pro. 9.110(b); of. Griffis v. State, 593 So.2d 308 (Fla. 1st DCA 1992) (dismissing untimely appeal from order denying motion to correct illegal sentence where unauthorized motion for rehearing did not toll time for filing appeal).
