PER CURIAM.

¶1Upon the State’s proper confession of error, we remand for correction of the sentencing order to reflect a sentence for an indeterminate period of no longer than sixty days, the legal maximum for the offense to which S.B. entered his plea. See M.S. v. State, 675 So.2d 215, 216 (Fla. 4th DCA 1996). S.B. need not be present.

¶2Reversed and remanded for correction of sentencing order.
