¶1This is an appeal from the summary denial of the Defendant’s rule 3.850 motion seeking additional jail time credit in three cases. We reverse and remand with instructions for the trial court to attach portions of the record to refute Defendant’s claim, or in the alternative, to hold an evidentiary hearing.
¶2REVERSED and REMANDED.
