PER CURIAM.

¶1On the authority of Roy v. State, 693 So.2d 63 (Fla. 1st DCA 1997), we reverse appellant’s conviction for use of a firearm during the commission of. a felony, and remand with directions that the trial court vacate that conviction and the sentence imposed thereon. In all other respects, we affirm the judgment and sentence of the trial court.

¶2AFFIRMED in part; REVERSED in part; and REMANDED, with directions.
