¶1John Rosa appeals the summary denial of his motion to correct illegal sentence, filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800. We affirm without prejudice to Rosa’s ability, if any, to raise the same issue in a properly sworn and timely motion filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850, alleging ineffective assistance of counsel.
