¶2I respectfully dissent.
¶3I would grant the State’s writ application and reverse the judgment of the trial court. Unlike the majority, I find the trial court abused its discretion in suppressing the evidence seized from 711 St. Peter Street. The officers who executed the search warrant acted in “good faith,” as they believed the warrant was validly issued.
