J.A. v. State

¶1We affirm the trial court’s order adjudicating J.A., the appellant, guilty of battery upon a fellow detainee, in violation of Florida Statutes sections 784.03 and 784.082. We remand the case, however, with instructions that the disposition order be corrected to reflect that the adjudication of delinquency followed a hearing, not a guilty plea.-
