¶2¶ 1 I join the Opinion Per Curiam with respect to the award of a new trial for Wanda Vining. I also join in the reversal and vacation of the convictions of appellant, Lee Jones, for counts 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 12 and 13. As to the convictions of appellant, Lee Jones, for counts 4, 5, 10 and 11, I would grant a new trial as I feel it is inappropriate to affirm a conviction on a properly diminished record.
