¶1ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS GRANTED

¶2We grant defendant Wallace Keith Foster’s Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and vacate the order revoking his probation in Circuit Court Case Number 95-24765. See Hall v. State, 744 So.2d 517 (Fla. 3d DCA 1999); Raulerson v. State, 724 So.2d 641 (Fla. 4th DCA 1999).
