¶2I concur in the result with these additional comments. Under point of error number twenty-five, I would hold the parole law instruction unconstitutional. See Boudreaux v. State, 723 S.W.2d 230 (Tex.App.—Beaumont 1986, no pet.) (Burgess, J., dissenting). While I do not concede that an Almanza review is necessary, I concur with the holding that no egregious harm was shown.
