¶1The State having conceded the necessity for a hearing on appellant’s claim of ineffective assistance based on his trial counsel’s failure to relay to appellant a plea offer, we reverse and remand for an evi-dentiary hearing on that claim.
¶2REVERSED and REMANDED.
