¶1We dismiss this appeal without prejudice to Mr. Anderson’s right to file a timely petition seeking a belated appeal pursuant to rule 9.140(j) of the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure. See Giallard v. State, 739 So.2d 113, 114 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999).
