¶1We reverse the order summarily denying Anthony Bohler’s Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a) motion. The record does not refute defendant’s claim that he did not receive proper credit for time served in prison. We remand the cause for the court to determine the proper amount of jail credit and to amend the judgment and sentence to reflect same.
¶2Reversed and remanded.
