¶1David Woods appeals the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. As the record herein does not conclusively show that the appellant is not entitled to relief, we reverse and remand the cause for an evidentiary hearing. Fla. R.App. P. 9.140(f).
¶2Reversed and remanded.
