¶1by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, rendered October 31,1978, convicting him of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. Appeal dismissed. Defendant made a knowing and intelligent waiver of his right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress evidence (see People v Williams, 36 NY2d 829; People v Coscia, 56 AD2d 851). Cohalan, J. P., Hargett, O’Connor and Weinstein, JJ., concur.
