¶1Conviction for burglary; punishment, two years in the penitentiary.
¶2We find in the record an appeal bond which seems to have been approved by the sheriff only. The law requires that it be also approved by the district judge. Such being the case, this court is without jurisdiction. The appeal is dismissed.
