¶1CONFESSION OF ERROR
¶2Based on the state’s confession of error filed in this cause, as well as our own independent review of the record herein, the conviction and sentence for criminal contempt are reversed because of the trial court’s failure to comply with Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.830, and the case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.
¶3Reversed and Remanded.
