¶1On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court
¶2In accordance with the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion, Ex parte Pincheon, 751 So.2d 1219 (Ala. 1999), we reverse the circuit court’s judgment and remand this cause to the circuit court, for proceedings consistent with that opinion.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
