¶1Having considered appellant’s response to the court’s order, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The dismissal is without prejudice to appellant to file with the appellate court a petition for belated appeal which complies with Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.140(j).
