Boehme v. State

¶1We affirm the trial court’s denial of appellant’s motion to suppress. We reverse appellant’s conviction for trafficking in hydrocodone on the authority of Hayes v. State, 750 So.2d 1 (Fla.1999).

¶2Affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded.
