¶1We affirm appellant’s conviction. He was sentenced pursuant to the 1995 sentencing guidelines. We reverse appellant’s sentence on the authority of Heggs v. State, No. SC98851, — So.2d -, - 2000 WL 178052 (Fla. Feb.17, 2000), and remand to the trial court for resentencing.
¶2AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED IN PART and REMANDED.
