¶1In re Robin, Herbert et al.; Allstate Insurance Company; — Defendant(s); Applying for Writ of Certiorari and/or Review, Parish of St. Martin, 16th Judicial District Court Div. d, Nos. 99-55377; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. 99-95.

¶2Granted in part; denied in part. Judgment of court of appeal is reversed in so far as it awards $10,000 costs and attorney fees. In all other respects, the writ is denied.
