Fleehearty v. State

¶1Affirmed without prejudice to appellant seeking relief, on his gain-time claim, through the administrative channels of the Florida Department of Corrections in light of State v. Thompson, 750 So.2d 643 (Fla.1999), and, if relief is not provided through those channels, then through petition for writ of mandamus filed in the circuit court.
