¶1On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court
¶2On the authority of Ex parte Dickey, 757 So.2d 371 (Ala.1999), the judgment of the circuit court is reversed and this cause is remanded to the Circuit Court of Lauder-dale County for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.
¶3REVERSED AND REMANDED.
