¶1We AFFIRM without comment the trial court’s order denying Appellant’s rule 3.850 motion, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. Appellant’s 3.800(a) motion was filed below during the pendency of this appeal and forwarded to us by the trial court without ruling thereon. We therefore REMAND to the trial court Appellant’s rule 3.800(a) motion.
