¶1Appellant challenges an order denying his motion seeking post-conviction relief pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). We reverse and remand for further consideration in light of the recent decision in Heggs v. State, 759 So.2d 620 (Fla.2000).
