¶1For the reasons discussed in the companion case, Janis Hyatt, et vir. v. John Raggio, M.D., 99-887 (La.App. 3 Cir. 02/02/00); 757 So.2d 773, the Motion to Dismiss filed by the appellees, Janis and Gary Hyatt, is denied.
