PER CURIAM.

¶1We affirm the trial court’s denial of the defendant’s petition for writ of mandamus. Although the petitioner alleged that he was entitled to copies of his transcript from his specially-appointed public defender, he nevertheless filed the petition against the wrong party, the State. This affirmance is without prejudice for the petitioner to refile his petition against the proper party, his specially-appointed public defender.

¶2Affirmed.
