¶1Application by the appellant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a decision and order of this Court dated February 5, 1996 (.People v Carty, 224 AD2d 439 [1996]), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered October 29, 1992.
