¶1This is a companion suit to that of Jowers against the same defendants, 76 So.2d 99, and was consolidated with said case for purposes of trial. The facts and the law involved are identical with the Jowers case and for the reasons therein assigned;
¶2It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the judgment appealed from in the instant case be and it is hereby affirmed at appellant's cost.
