¶1specially concurring.
¶2With reference to the reversal of the Attempted Rape Conviction, I concur without reservations. However, concerning the Sodomy Charge, I am compelled to state that because of stare decisis I concur in the affirmance of this conviction. See Golden v. State, 695 P.2d 6, 7 (Okl.Cr.1985).
