¶1The trial court’s order denying relief without prejudice is affirmed. Appellant may timely file a motion for post-conviction relief that conforms to the requirements of Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure 3.850 and 3.987. Scott v. State, 364 So.2d 67 (Fla. 4th DCA 1978).
