¶1This is an appeal from an order denying a motion to withdraw a plea after sentencing pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.170(l). Contradictory testimony was offered below regarding assurances allegedly made to Schmidt by his counsel. We affirm the resolution of those contradictions made by the trial court, which found the testimony of Schmidt’s counsel more credible.
